Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy:

  1. Customers have the right to return or exchange products if they find any quality issues with the purchased products.

 

  1. Return and exchange time: Within 7 days of receiving the product, report quality issues to Nomeke. If this time is exceeded, returns cannot be made.

 

  1. When applying for returns or exchanges, relevant supporting documents such as purchase order number, payment voucher, logistics tracking number, etc. need to be provided.

 

  1. Regarding product issues, please provide us with clear photos and videos of the goods. For example: inability to start up, inability to charge, product damage, etc. If the product is damaged, please provide photos and videos of the unpacking inspection after receiving the goods.

 

  1. The return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer themselves

 

Before shipping each item, we will inspect it for you and confirm that there are no issues before sending it out.

Nomeke only accepts returns and exchanges for product quality issues, such as inability to start up, inability to charge, damage during transportation, etc. It does not accept human or intentional damage. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return and exchange process

  1. Contact us

After confirming the need for a return or exchange, the first step is to contact Nomeke customer service and inform us of the reason for the return, as well as the product information and order number for the return. The platform customer service will ask some questions and inform the return process, such as the return address, time, method, etc.

  1. Shipping items

After receiving the nomeke return process, it is necessary to package the items to be returned, keep them in their original state, and pay attention to protecting the packaging and internal fillers of the items.

  1. Returning items

According to Nomeke's requirements, return the returned items to the designated address within the specified time and keep the logistics waybill proof.

  1. Waiting for processing

After receiving the returned goods, Nomeke will conduct quality inspection and review. If the return conditions are met, corresponding refund operations will be carried out. Refunds are usually processed within 1-3 working days.
